The treatment will be able to be carried out with or without the electronic means aid and however automate and it will comprise all the operations previewed by art. 4 comma 1, letter a, Dlgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196 and necessary to the treatment at issue. However the treatment will be carried out in the observance of every cautiously measure, that guarantees the safety and the confidentiality.
